Econo Lodge East Ridge

This Econolodge 2-night-stay was a pleasant one. It is clean. There isn't trash outside all over the place. They take pride in their work here. It is set back from the main road, so keep your eyes out for the sign or you might miss it. (Though we aren't far from the highway, so I still can hear trucks going by in the distance). Dan at the front desk was kind, welcoming and professional at our 11:30pm arrival. I had mistakenly booked two rooms for one night instead of one room for myself and my son but Dan was patient and respectful and totally competent and made the correction that needed to be made. Our room is very very clean! and spacious, even with two double beds, a small table and 2 chairs. The AC is strong and works great. There are plenty of outlets. There is a coffee maker, fridge, microwave and hairdryer. They also have a coffee machine coffee and juice machine in the front office Everything is clean! I'm so appreciative! We had one minor issue with our tv, so we went to the office to let them know. Kevin at the front desk came right away and fixed it in under 1 minute. He then kindly explained to my son how it happened and how to use it without having additional problems. I am extremely grateful to find places with owners that take pride in their work and also work hard and teach that to their staff. This is a gem as far as affordable hotels. Thank you Econolodge!

The rooms are exactly what you should expect considering the nightly rate. Water in the shower was hot for entire duration of shower and TV had some premium cable channels (I don't even pay for these at home, hahaha). Convenient and easy in a retail heavy area. Complaints: 1. The ice machine wasn't working and appeared to not even be plugged in. Had to go to gas station next door to get my own bag of ice. Kind of lame, but not a huge deal. 2. I left an item in the room and have been unsuccessful in recovering it. You call the hotel and the phone rings for about 2-3 mins before the call is disconnected. There's not an option to leave a voicemail. How do people contact you all?!

Comfortable. Clean. Cost effective. I wish they'd bring back breakfasts as it's inconvenient to make another stop for food but as a quiet, comfy place to spend a night, this property checks the right boxes.

Front desk, Kevin, was a delight hahaha he was so funny! So sweet! Also allowed a late checkout. The room was clean for the most part. Dropped a star due to moldy shower curtain and the room was so hot it took a few hours to cool down.

When I pulled up I was worried BUT the room was clean, shower was hot, and the towels were good. All in all for the price it’s a nice motel! Gentleman checking us in was nice. It was weird checking into a hotel standing outside yelling through glass, but it was just fine. If you’re stopping through and need a clean place, at an affordable price, this is a good spot.

guy at the counter was great(Kevin). the room was clean and comfortable. shower was great, lots of hot water and excellent water pressure! Place is right next to the freeway, but the noise wasnt bad at all. for the price, a great place to stay!

We were pleasantly surprised that for such a low price we got a cozy and clean room with very convenient parking. Thank you very much for the affordable and comfortable stay. If we are ever in your city again, we will definitely stay with you.

I've stayed here about a half a dozen times. It's one of the most affordable options in the area. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient. Based on my personal experience as a delivery driver in the area, this is the option that I feel safest at.
